Student Publications
Both campuses have independent student publications. The Gadfly in Annapolis and The Moon in Santa Fe provide mediums for expression of opinion to the community as a whole. Controversy ranges from petty to vital; the papers also include lecture reviews, news, letters, political commentary, and columns. Grout is a literary magazine published once a year by students on the Santa Fe campus. The Annapolis campus' two other student publications, The Collegian and Energeia, appear less frequently, and publish longer and more polished essays and fiction. The Epoch is a student-run news magazine for Johnnies, spearheaded by students who are using the dialectic method - and the Internet - to talk to the world. The GIANNI is a graduate student-run magazine.
