Review of Sondheim Songs at St. John’s College

St. John’s College welcomes the community to the concert, “Sondheim Saturday”. Kevin Altman, a freshman at St. John’s, will give a solo performance, singing a review of songs by the popular Broadway composer Stephen Sondheim. The concert, which is free and open to the public, will take place on Saturday, May 1 at 3:30 p.m. in the Great Hall of McDowell.
Altman will be performing a variety of Sondheim songs including, “Finishing the Hat” from “Sunday in the Park with George” (1983), “Something’s Coming” from “West Side Story” (1957), and “Marry Me a Little” from “Company” (1970).
