Austrian Cellist and Pianist to Perform Chamber Music at St. John’s College
NOTE: The time has been changed from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
St. John’s College welcomes the community to its rich array of concerts featuring local artists as well as musicians who perform around the world. Austrian cellist Friedrich Kleinhapl and pianist Andreas Woyke will perform in concert at St. John’s at 7 p.m. on September 27. The concert will be held the Great Hall, and is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by World Artists Experiences.
The young Austrian cellist Friedrich Kleinhapl has already had a distinguished career. He will be accompanied by pianist Andreas Woyke in a concert that features classical music by well-known and contemporary composers. Kleinhapl and Woyke have recorded several award-winning works by Johannes Brahms, J.S. Bach, Beethoven, Rachmaninou, and Schubert.
