REGISTRATION: January Freshmen, Readmitted Students, New and Continuing GRADUATE Institute Students (9 am - 4 pm, Weigle Hall)
All students who did NOT complete their spring registration in December must see the Registrar.
All dormitories open. (12 noon)
Coffee Shop opens for dinner
Meno seminar for new GI students, followed by reception (7:30 pm)
January 19 Food Service begins with breakfast.
January 21 Undergraduate and graduate classes meet as scheduled, except Seniors and January Freshmen (9 am)
  • January Freshman session begins with 7:30pm seminar; no JF tutorials.
  • Senior Writing Period—Jan. 21 through Feb. 15—senior classses per special seminar schedule

February 15 FREE FRIDAY -- tutorials canceled

February 18 DEADLINE: Undergraduate InterCampus Transfer forms and $500 deposits due at the Office of the Registrar.  No exceptions.
The MARCH 1 Financial Aid date is also an all-important deadline in this process.

for continuing students -- Deposit holds a place in class roster and (if applicable) allows participation in drawing for on-campus housing. Student Accounts must also be paid in full to be eligible for housing lottery. (Treasurer’s Office)

June 1 DEADLINE: Completion of Financial Aid/Loan file for the Summer 2008 term
DEADLINE:  GIEC and GILA deposits due for Fall 2008 term
DEADLINE: Student Accounts for Summer 2008 must be paid in full or TMS budgets arranged and verified with the Treasurer’s Office.
Failure to meet these deadline triggers withdrawal from financial aid funding and enrollment rosters for the upcoming term.
June 2 January Freshman second term begins with tutorials and seminars, as scheduled
June 3 Spring 2008 grades due (tutorials, preceptorials, and Eastern Classics seminars)
REGISTRATION: January Freshmen, during class intervals. (9am-11am/1pm-3pm)
Summer Enrollment is jeopardized if Financial Aid/ Loan file or Student Account is incomplete.
Failure to meet these registration requirements triggers withdrawal from financial aid funding and enrollment rosters.
