  August 1 DEADLINE:  Completion of Financial Aid/Loan file for Fall 2008 term
DEADLINE:  Fall 2008 Student Account must be paid in full or TMS budgeted, arranged and verified with the Treasurer’s Office
Failure to meet these deadlines triggers withdrawal from financial aid funding and enrollment rosters for Fall 08.
September 5 Last day to change Meal Plan (Treasurer's Office)
September 26 ON-LINE DEADLINE: Spring 2009 New Graduate Institute Liberal Art student financial aid applications [www.fafsa.ed.gov]
November 3 Freshman seminar essays due by noon, unless otherwise specified by tutors (12 noon)
November 10 Sophomore seminar essays due by noon, or as otherwise announced by seminar tutors
GI Eastern Classics seminar essays due;
GI Fall grades due [Liberal Arts seminars & first Eastern Classics precepts]
November 15 DEADLINE: GI Liberal Arts and Eastern Classics student deposits due for Spring 2009 term
November 19 DEADLINE: Registration forms due for Spring 2009 [This reserves a place in undergraduate classes and housing for Spring 2009.] (Office of the Resigtrar)
November 24 GI Fall comment sheets due (GILA seminars and EC Preceptorials)
December 1 DEADLINE: Completion of Financial Aid/Loan file for Spring 2009 term
DEADLINE: Student Account for Spring 2009 must be paid in full or TMS budgeted, arranged and verified with Treasurer’s Office

January 7 Undergraduate Fall 2008 grades due (except for preceptorials)
GI Fall 2008 grades due (tutorials, preceptorials, and Eastern Classics seminars)
January 12 Undergraduate Fall 2008 preceptorial grades due
GI comment sheets due (tutorials, preceptorials, and EC seminars)
January 23 Last day to change Meal Plan (Office of the Treasurer)
February 2 Last day to waive health insurance for new students (Office of the Treasurer)
February 14 Senior Essays Due, 11 pm
February 16 DEADLINE: Undergraduate InterCampus Transfer forms and $500 deposits due at the Office of the Registrar.  No exceptions.
The MARCH 1 Financial Aid date is also an all-important deadline in this process.
March 1 ON-LINE Financial Aid Applications Priority Filing Due Date: Undergraduate financial aid FAFSA
and PROFILE/CSS applications for 2009-2010 academic year

March 18 ON-LINE DEADLINE: Summer 2009 new Graduate Institute Liberal Arts student financial aid applications

March 30 Grade-changing DEADLINE for Fall 2008 grades; all incomplete grades revert to default grade or F
Faculty Review of Seminar Reading List for 2009-2010 – please refer to Spring/Summer 2009 Update for specific date
April 1 DEADLINE: GI Summer housing contracts and reservation fees due (Housing Office)
April 6 GI Spring term grades due (Liberal Arts seminars and third Eastern Classics preceptorials)
April 8 Faculty Meeting (3:15 pm)
April 9 GIEC seminar essays due
April 13 DEADLINE: Undergraduate Advance Deposits for Fall 2009 for continuing students -- Deposit holds a place in Fall class roster and (if applicable) allows participation in drawing for on-campus housing. Student Accounts must also be paid in full to be eligible for housing lottery (Treasurer's Office) Deadline: GI Spring term comment sheets due (GILA seminars and GIEC preceptorials)
Eastern Classics seminar orals begin
April 15 DEADLINE: GILA and GIEC advance deposits due for Summer 2009 term
April 20 January Freshmen, Freshmen and Junior essays due by noon or as otherwise announced by seminar tutors
May 1 All Student Accounts for Spring 2009 must be paid in full
May 11 Satisfactory grades’ check due from senior year and graduate level tutors for undergraduate and graduate degree candidates (Office of the Registrar)
May 18 - 21 Library Call-In:  All library materials due
