Spring 2012 Events

March 3  Capitol Steps.  8 p.m.  Francis Scott Key Auditorium and Lobby.  A champagne reception with the performers follows the show.  The Capitol Steps began in 1981 and are a troupe of Congressional staffers-turned-comedians who travel the States satirizing the very people and places that once employed them. This year’s performance is titled: “Desperate House Members-- Sometimes the Opposite of Progress is Congress.” Proceeds benefit student financial aid. Tickets are $55 in advance and $60 at the door ($35 tax deductible). Purchase tickets online using the button below or mail a check to the Caritas Society, P.O. Box 2800, Annapolis, MD 21404-2800. February 8 Shuckin’ and Jivin’. 5 to 8 p.m. Annapolis Maritime Museum located in the historic McNasby Oyster Company building in Eastport. Members and invited guests.
