Voting by Proxy

As provided in the Notice of Annual Meeting, elections will be held at the Alumni Association’s Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 9, 2012 during the Alumni Leadership Forum on the Annapolis campus of St. John’s College.

Members who cannot attend the Alumni Leadership Forum may participate in the voting by proxy.  A proxy must be appointed by an instrument in writing (email messages do not count) signed by the member and delivered to the Secretary of the Association (Liz Travis), care of the Alumni Office.  A proxy must be dated and is valid only for the specified meeting. For assistance in filling out an appropriate proxy, please contact the Alumni Office.

All proxies must be printed and mailed to the Santa Fe Alumni Office. The address is St. John’s College, Alumni Office, 1160 Camino Cruz Blanca, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87505. Proxies must be received by Friday, June 8, 2012 in order to count towards the voting tally. No exceptions.
