- Academic Search Premier – a multi-disciplinary database with articles from nearly 4,500 journals
- ARTstor – a database of digital images from many museums and private collections
- CINAHL – a comprehensive source of articles from nursing and allied health journals
- FirstSearch – an index that combines thousands of libraries’ holdings into one database, including books, AV materials, and journals; Philosopher’s Index is accessible through this database
- JSTOR – a database of archival scholarly journals with full-text articles
- Oxford English Dictionary – an electronic version of the Oxford English Dictionary (OED), an authoritative guide to the meaning, history, and pronunciation of over half a million words
- Great Texts of St. John's College (CD ROM)
- Thesaurus Linguae Grecae (CD ROM)
