Job Title: Facilities and Athletics Manager
Role: Coordinates operation of the student activity center, including budgeting, activities scheduling, payment of outside vendors, supervision of up to 16 work‑study employees, equipment purchase, inventory monitoring, and routine equipment maintenance. Coordinates the intramural program, including scheduling, advertising, facilitation of instructional clinics, and program development.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates the total operation of the SAC including but not limited to: budgeting, class scheduling and assessment, equipment purchase and maintenance, inventory monitoring, supervision of up to 12 work‑study students, information desk, and recreational facilities. Coordination of intramural program, including scheduling, advertising, facilitation of instructional clinics, monitoring of trends and attendance, and supervision of four additional work‑study students. Supervises activity center class offerings including scheduling, payment of vendors, cost‑benefit analysis, and program development. Arrangement of special functions. Has weekly meetings with the Assistant Dean. Supervises outdoor program staff in absence of the Outdoor Programs Coordinator, and performs other job related duties as assigned.

Compensation: $35,000 per year.
Status: Full-time, Contract, 35 hours per week.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
Education: A college degree.
Interpersonal Skills: Work normally involves contacts with persons beyond immediate associates generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (visitors or vendors) requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
Other Skills: Excellent communication skills. Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification, experience/certification as a personal trainer. Must have a valid driver's license.
