| SUMMER CLASS SCHEDULE: Seminars: Monday and Thursday 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tutorials: Monday through Thursday 4:45 to 6:00 p.m. Preceptorials: Monday and Wednesday 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. SUMMER LECTURES: To be held on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m., approximately every other week. Schedule forthcoming. |

| June 22 Monday |
10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Student Registration STEP 1: Registration for new students, Santa Fe transfers, and any other students who have not yet received their class schedules in the mail. (Students' accounts must be paid prior to registration.) Room 207, Barr-Buchanan Center. STEP 2: Students who plan to park on campus must register their vehicles for summer semester campus parking permits. Bring $30 cash or check, vehicle registration, insurance card, and license plate number to the Barr-Buchanan Center Lobby. STEP 3: New and transfer students establish their computer accounts. Barr-Buchanan Center, Room 304. STEP 4: Photo-identification-key cards will be made for new students and for Santa Fe transfers, and re-validated for returning students who were not enrolled in spring 2009. Mellon Hall, Assistant Dean's Office. STEP 5: Students should check their new summer mailboxes in the basement of McDowell Hall, and frequently thereafter. 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. Lunch is provided by the Graduate Council for the new and transfer students in the Barr-Buchanan Center, Room 109. 1:00 p.m. to 1:20 p.m. Campus Orientation tour. 1:30 p.m. Convocation and Reception, Great Hall, McDowell Hall 2:30 p.m. First preceptorial class meetings. 4:45 p.m. First tutorial class meetings. 7:30 p.m. First seminar class meetings. 9:30 p.m. After-seminar gathering in the Hartle Room, Barr-Buchanan Center, for students and tutors. Refreshments provided by the Graduate Council. |
